Responsibilities

Developing 2.5D or 3D finite element models based on layouts or physical designs and performing analyses to ensure CoEx, RFI, signal and power integrity requirements are met

Collaborations with system/cross-functional teams to develop multi-physics behavioral models for electro-optical/thermal elements

System-level analysis, schematic-level design and layout-based simulation of electrical analog/mixed-signal components

Required

BS in EE or related fields

Experience with FE solvers and simulation tools (e.g. Ansys HFSS, Q3D, Maxwell, etc.)

Experience with design and simulation of analog & mixed-mode circuits and systems

Experience with standard EE lab equipment (e.g. oscilloscope, waveform generators, etc.)

Preferred

MS or PhD degree in EE or related fields

3+ years of industry experience

Strong communication skills and systematic, rigorous approach to engineering

Experience working on multidisciplinary projects in a fast paced and dynamic work environment

Experience with system modeling and platforms (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink, Verilog-A/MS, etc.)

Experience with A/MS circuits analysis tools (e.g. Cadence Virtuoso, HSpice, PSpice)

Familiarity with Signal and Power Integrity design principles and common practices

Prior Custom Silicon T/O experience and familiarity with ASIC manufacturing processes
