Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience through the Officer Development Program (ODP) at MidFirst Bank
Receive an education in the fundamentals of banking through on-the-job training and instruction from professionals with a combined 50+ years of experience
Build the foundation to excel in a career in private and commercial banking, risk management or corporate finance
Integrate academic learning with hands-on, practical experience
Immerse in a fast-paced commercial lending environment with an immediate, direct impact on revenue generation
Receive oversight and individualized instruction by senior credit and lending officers with a combined 40+ years of commercial banking experience
Gain exposure to executive and senior management

Required

Bachelor's degree in a business related field with a minimum cumulative 3.25 GPA required
15+ hours of financial accounting and corporate finance; minimum of 9 hours in accounting including Intermediate I

Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and excel in a deadline-driven environment
High level of initiative and accountability
Results-driven, team-oriented and client-focused
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Transcripts must be submitted at time of application
This position will start in June 2026
