Key Account Manager
Pretium Packaging is a leading manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging solutions, and they are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their Direct Channels team. The role focuses on managing and growing strategic Direct accounts, strengthening partnerships, and driving commercial strategy.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned Direct customers, with emphasis on long-term growth and account retention
Build strong, multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across customer organizations
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between customer needs and Pretium capabilities
Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams—sales, operations, engineering, pricing, supply chain, and customer service—to meet service, quality, and delivery expectations
Proactively identify new business opportunities and lead solution development efforts that support customer objectives
Analyze account performance, track progress against goals, and report key insights to leadership
Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Direct Channels team
Qualification
Required
You must be located in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast area of the US for this position
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, packaging, engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' B2B account management experience—ideally serving large Director packaging customers
Demonstrated success in building and expanding strategic customer relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional initiatives
Ability to travel as required for customer and business needs
