Responsibilities
Work with product owners, users, and stakeholders to develop solutions that effectively solve problems and meet business objectives
Conduct interviews and research with our users to better understand their needs
Work with stakeholders to craft and implement solutions that achieve business goals and are effective for end users
Create wireframes, prototypes and visual designs
Create functional specifications and other UX / UI documentation intended for developers and product owners
Help promote the value of user-centered design throughout the organization
Participate in stakeholder reviews to gain approvals as needed
Provide guidance and expertise to temporary project resources, as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Creative or Technology related fields or High School Diploma / GED with 4+ years of UX work experience
Experience with either Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Experience performing research and making recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data
Experience working with Insurance Solutions users and Product Management Team
Experience working with Insurance Solutions core applications
Worked or is currently working as a contractor placed at UHG or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates
Comfortable working in an Agile delivery methodology
Preferred
Work experience within health care and/or health insurance
