Responsibilities
Pre-litigation case management and work-up to demand and settlement for a variety of personal injury cases including motor vehicle, mass transit, truck, motorcycle, scooter, bicycle, pedestrian, falls, premises liability, public entity liability, and the like
Litigation as needed and appropriate and case support for existing firm partners
Mentoring and motivating legal support staff
Business development that will yield origination compensation is a plus
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience practicing personal injury law (plaintiff side preferred but will consider defense)
1st or 2nd chair jury trial experience
The ability to work proactively and independently as well as a collaborative team member
