Responsibilities
Execute end to end data migration activities including extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation and loading
Develop technical specifications, mapping sheets, and load templates
Perform reconciliation, pre load and post load validations, and perform error handling
Diagnose ETL performance issues and implement tuning strategies
Ensure adherence to data governance, data quality standards, and best practices
Produce technical design documents, unit test cases, and operational guides
Provide production support, resolve defects, and collaborate across global teams
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with SAP BODS 4.x
Expertise in ETL concepts, data quality, and transformation logic
Strong understanding of SAP ECC/S4 HANA, SAP BW, and HANA data structures
Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server), data modeling, and performance tuning
Experience with IDOCs, RFCs, SLT, and SAP integration scenarios
Knowledge of Data Migration methodologies (LTMC, BODS, LSMW optionally)
Familiarity with versioning, release processes, and documentation standards
