InternD&H Industries is seeking a Recruitment Intern to facilitate the end-to-end hiring process. The role includes scheduling interviews, managing the applicant tracking system, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Post positions in the ATS (applicant tracking system)
Review applications
Conduct phone and in-person interviews
Administer assessments
Utilize Indeed, Handshake and other recruitment means to reach out to passive applicants
Assign onboarding
Schedule drug test and Post-Offer Physical
Attend and represent D&H at local job fairs
College, High School and Community Outreach
Temporary employee orientation
Assemble new hire packets
Filing, both electronically and via paper
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing an Associate's degree in a Human Resources related field
Microsoft Office Suite skills/experience
Experience handling confidential matters
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Preferred
Recruitment experience preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred
Human Resources experience preferred
