Responsibilities

Install, configure, test, and maintain audio, video, CCTV, access control, intercom, and alarm systems in field environments
Provide on-site AV support for meetings, press conferences, and special events, including setup and troubleshooting
Troubleshoot and repair IP-based and digital AV/security systems, ensuring minimal downtime
Install and manage cabling infrastructure, including patch panels, jacks, and wire management, following industry standards
Coordinate with network teams and other trades to support integrated AV and security system deployments

Required

3+ years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing audio, video, CCTV, and physical security systems in commercial or institutional environments

Experience with structured cabling and field service work, plus solid customer communication and coordination with other trades
