The role involves supporting Workday implementation teams by providing reporting services, transforming customer data into Workday, and mentoring associate-level consultants.

Responsibilities
Support Workday implementation teams by providing a full suite of high-quality reporting services
Collect and transform customer-provided data and functional configuration from the client’s legacy system(s) into Workday
Work directly with the functional and technical consultants
Assist customers with their reporting and data extracts, explaining the process, defining data requirements, and working with them to correct data in their legacy systems to prepare for the data conversion cycle
Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical resources
Work in a fast-paced, fast-growth, high-energy environment and deal with multiple high priority activities concurrently
Seek ways to improve team efficiency by studying current practices and tools and implementing improvements with innovative solutions
Ability to mentor associate-level consultants
Qualification
Required
prior Workday Reporting experience in both HCM and FIN
active Workday certification in Advanced Reporting
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively
Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
Ability to work remotely or out of one of Avaap's physical office locations
Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
Preferred
Data Conversion and Prism experience, strongly preferred
Demonstrated on the job experience with ETL software, XML, Microsoft Excel, and Load Automation Tools
