Responsibilities

Creating effective proposals and project plans, including setting targets for milestones, actionable tasks with ownership, and adhering to deadlines
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Communicating with clients and internal resources to keep the project aligned with both DCI’s and their goals
Serving as a point of contact for cross-functional project teams when multiple skill sets are assigned to the same project, to ensure team actions remain in synergy and on-time
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Measure and manage project costs and provide feedback to management and teams to identify areas for improvement

Microsoft project managementProject managementPMP certificationSpreadsheet softwareCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or related field
Three years of experience as project manager
Proficient with Microsoft project management and spreadsheet software
Ability to travel to clients for face-to-face kickoff meetings and be onsite in Saint Cloud, MN for factory acceptance testing

Preferred

PMP certification is a plus – we will assist in getting you certified
