Responsibilities
Provides strategic leadership to the recruitment team
Works with managers to identify and define specific new hire requirements. Establishes and monitors hiring standards and practices
Develops and implements new interviewing, recruiting, and hiring techniques
Strategizes and determines effective recruiting sources, including job fairs, college recruiting, internet ad placements, and any media correspondence
Designs and administers recruiting programs. Provides functional direction and review to local and national hiring
Develops new initiatives and assigns special projects to team members
Selects, develops, and motivates assigned staff. Responsible for coaching, counseling, and developing team associates
Qualification
Required
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field
May require certification
Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines
Preferred
Executive level recruiting experience
Demonstrated experience managing a high-performing corporate recruiting team
Adept in collaboration with functional leaders and HR Partners
Demonstrated history of the development and implementation of corporate recruiting strategy with senior leadership and other key stakeholders
Experience using Workday Recruiting
The ideal candidate will be located in the Atlanta Metropolitan area
