Responsibilities
Oversee a Data Center Mega Project from beginning to end
Control project from pre-construction to commissioning
Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
Qualification
Required
Extensive previous experience in Data Center and HVAC large projects ($50+ million) with demonstrated success
Previous experience in construction project management required
Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams
Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve
Quickly adjust to a changing environment
Successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
