Responsibilities
Execute EMPQ qualification protocols under approved validation plans
Support environmental monitoring activities using:
Active air samplers
Portable and fixed particle counters
Viable and non-viable EM equipment
Assist with EMPQ sampling, data collection, and documentation
Support microbiology equipment readiness, including incubators, BSCs/laminar flow hoods, and colony counters
Compile and verify raw data; support basic trending analysis
Assist with risk assessments, qualification summary reports, and deviation documentation
Ensure compliance with GMP documentation and data integrity requirements
Coordinate with QC, Validation, and Operations teams during EMPQ execution
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in GMP validation, QC systems, or environmental monitoring
Hands-on experience executing validation protocols
Working knowledge of cleanroom operations and EM practices
Familiarity with microbiology lab equipment
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work onsite in a regulated GMP environment
Preferred
Prior EMPQ execution experience
Exposure to sterile or aseptic manufacturing
Experience with EM data trending or inspection-ready GMP facilities
