Responsibilities

Own daily office operations, ensuring the space is organized, functional, and well-supported
Manage shared spaces, storage areas, and supply levels to support evolving office needs
Coordinate office setups, resets, and transitions related to growth and on-site events
Serve as a point of contact for office-related questions, issues, and requests
Support a positive, professional in-office experience for employees and visitors
Provide backup coverage when the Facilities Manager or First Impressions Coordinator/Receptionist is out or focused on other priorities
Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers as needed
Identify and proactively address facilities issues before they escalate
Support hands-on facilities work as required to keep the office running smoothly

Required

5+ years of experience in office management, facilities management, or workplace operations
Experience supporting a large, active office environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Clear communicator who can work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and building partners
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable being a visible on-site presence
