Responsibilities
Oversee tracking of activity and ongoing outreach in CRM
Work directly with prospective investors to follow up on prospect specific inquiries and develop materials for use (e.g., DDQs, track record analyses, investor requests, etc.)
Assist with prospective client meetings, ad hoc due diligence requests, and preparation specific to performance, portfolio positioning, etc
Managing relationships with existing investors and assisting with ad hoc transactions such as additional investments or redemption requests
Participate in discussions with the leadership team to maintain a strong understanding of the deal pipeline, investment themes, and general market environment. This will facilitate communications with both new and existing investors to drive capital formation initiatives and manage investor relations
Ongoing coordination and communication with our third-party fund administrator to facilitate timely and accurate investor reporting, document distribution, and fund accounting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2-4 years of investor relations or capital raising experience within alternative asset classes (real estate or private credit)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy and organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze high volumes of data and translate to metrics that investors will ask about
Preferred
Finance and accounting majors preferred
CFA and/or CPA candidates are preferred
Experience in financial services and real estate preferred
