Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and investors (clients)
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Proactively communicate updates, changes, and recommendations
Respond to client questions with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
Manage sensitive or complex conversations with empathy and transparency
Act as the central communication bridge between clients and internal teams
Determine the appropriate department to address clients questions
Gather accurate information and translate it into client-friendly responses
Track open client inquiries and ensure timely resolution
Escalate issues when needed while maintaining trust internally and externally
Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident
Review monthly client statements prepared by the finance team for accuracy and clarity
Add client-facing notes, explanations, and contextual commentary where appropriate
Send statements and payouts on time
Field and resolve questions related to statements, income, expenses, and payouts
Coordinate with Finance and Revenue Management to research and clarify discrepancies or questions
Develop a working understanding of revenue management strategy, pricing decisions, and basic forecasting to confidently discuss performance with clients
Identify recurring questions or confusion and suggest improvements to reporting clarity
Serve as a primary liaison for clients throughout onboarding
Field client questions and coordinate with the internal onboarding team for answers
Communicate onboarding timelines, expectations, and progress updates clearly
Help ensure a smooth, positive onboarding experience
Document onboarding-related communication and follow-ups
Relay onboarding and new property information to the team (internal onboarding)
Monitor client sentiment and proactively identify at-risk relationships
Support renewal and long-term retention efforts
Share insights with leadership regarding client trends and feedback
Assist with referrals, testimonials, and relationship-driven growth initiatives
Create and manage periodic client newsletters and client surveys to gather feedback, share updates, and strengthen client engagement
Over time, contribute to and help lead new client-facing initiatives, such as quarterly property performance reviews that evaluate revenue, expenses, guest feedback, major maintenance issues, and opportunities for improvement

Required

3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, hospitality, real estate, or short-term rentals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with financial statements and performance data
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Suite, Breezeway, and communication tools daily
Must be based in the Denver metro area and able to travel locally to client meetings and properties as needed
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
