Responsibilities
Manage client calendars, holds, and bookings with precision
Create and maintain job entries in our internal database
Draft and issue deal memos, invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments
Handle submissions, resumes, and client materials with accuracy and speed
Track multiple projects and priorities simultaneously across commercials and music videos
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, producers, and reps
Qualification
Required
Exceptional professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through — no task is too small or too complex
The ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A genuine interest in entertainment business affairs and the commercial/music video landscape
Leadership qualities and an interest in promoting the agency's culture of hard work and success
Preferred
Prior agency, management, or production company experience strongly preferred
Experience with Airtable or inEntertainment a plus
