Responsibilities
Learning Adult Learning Methodology and the ADDIE model
Assisting with needs assessments, design, development, and evaluation activities
Supporting employee engagement initiatives and reporting
Using AI and automation tools for training content and processes
Supporting LMS and SharePoint administration tasks
Assisting with data reporting using Power BI
Helping with project coordination and communication tasks
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Psychology, Business or other related
Curiosity about training, learning design, and adult learning
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools
Attention to detail and interest in data or analytics
A proactive, collaborative mindset with fresh ideas
