Responsibilities

Lead sales and business development efforts for semiconductor prober and testing equipment in the U.S. market
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives
Identify, penetrate, and expand business with key customers, including IDMs, foundries, and OSATs
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical discussions, negotiations, and contract closure
Collaborate closely with Applications, Service, and Engineering teams to support customer requirements
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer decision-makers and influencers
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support product development and strategy
Represent SEMICS at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows

Required

5+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor equipment industry
Direct experience selling prober equipment or closely related products (wafer test, ATE, probe cards) strongly preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the U.S. market
Established customer network within U.S. semiconductor companies (IDMs, foundries, OSATs)
Strong understanding of semiconductor wafer testing processes and customer workflows
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with high self-motivation and accountability
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred

Experience working with international headquarters and cross-functional global teams
Background in advanced packaging, RF, power devices, or AI-related semiconductor applications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
