Leverage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support data-informed decision-making across the organization
Generate actionable insights that strengthen workforce planning and optimize HR operations
Blend technical proficiency, advanced analytics, and critical thinking to provide insights
Analyze large, complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of HRIS administration experience, with demonstrated success in a senior or lead capacity
Experience leading cross-functional HR technology initiatives
Expertise with HRIS platforms (PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI/Tableau strongly preferred
Proven ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Deep knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data privacy regulations
Certification in HRIS systems, analytics, or project management is a plus
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
