Responsibilities

Assist in planning, managing and directing retail store operations

Evaluate and enhance customer service and customer satisfaction

Supervise, train, develop and schedule associates for current positions for future growth

Assist in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory

Performs other duties as assigned

Perform other duties as assigned

One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required
