Responsibilities

Prepare, edit, and process legal documents including leases, amendments, and estoppels
Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for real estate matters
Coordinate execution of documents and ensure timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support communication between attorneys, paralegals, landlords, and vendors
Track critical dates and compliance requirements related to real estate agreements
Assist with audits and reporting by providing requested documentation
Enter and update data in real estate management systems and legal databases

Required

Paralegal certificate required
2+ years of administrative experience in a legal or real estate environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proven solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software and emerging legal technology tools

Preferred

Notary license
Experience supporting attorneys or paralegals in a corporate legal department
Familiarity with real estate transactions and lease documentation
