Responsibilities
Partner closely with families to coordinate and support early intervention services tailored to each child’s needs
Oversee program operations to ensure compliance with early intervention standards and regulations
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance plans to ensure high-quality service delivery
Supervise, support, and collaborate with service providers and staff
Monitor documentation, reporting, and service coordination timelines
Collaborate with healthcare providers, therapists, and community partners
Support billing processes (billing experience is a plus++)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or early childhood education
Demonstrated direct experience working with children with disabilities
At least 1 year of direct experience working with children under age 3
Experience with or knowledge of quality assurance planning
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a hybrid environment
Preferred
Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Registered Nurse
