Construction

Responsibilities

Manage asphalt paving, resurfacing, and maintenance projects from bid award through closeout
Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for paving and asphalt scopes
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers
Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and jobsite progress
Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage scope, timelines, and expectations

Required

Experience in asphalt paving, road construction, or related project management
