Responsibilities
Oversee and manage responsibilities of assigned CAAS transactional staff
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all transaction processing performed by CAAS transaction staff
Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts for assigned clients
Manage month-end close for assigned clients
Assist with development of financial budgets
Prepare and analyze financial reporting
Assist in preparing proposals for CAAS services
Qualification
Required
B.S. degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting with 2+ years of supervisory experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communicator
Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Able to manage priorities and workflow
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Preferred
Experience with QuickBooks
