This role involves collaborating closely with a senior technical Project Manager and various teams to ensure organized execution and communication across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities
Assist with day‑to‑day coordination and execution of Operating System Modernization and Mainframe Upgrade programs
Work alongside the Project Manager to monitor tasks, key dates, risks, issues, and project dependencies
Facilitate collaboration between infrastructure, engineering, and platform groups to support smooth delivery
Organize, schedule, and support project meetings, workshops, and status checkpoints
Record, document, and distribute meeting summaries, action items, and decisions with reliable follow‑up
Maintain and update project materials such as timelines, project plans, risk/issue logs, and weekly reports
Track progress against schedules and proactively raise concerns, roadblocks, or potential delays
Support governance routines with timely and accurate project updates
Help bridge communication between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Junior Project Manager or similar role supporting technical initiatives
Basic understanding of infrastructure, platform, or systems environments
Exposure to operating system upgrades, technology modernization, or infrastructure-related projects
Experience collaborating with Project Managers and technical or engineering teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and consistent follow-through
Preferred
Background supporting infrastructure upgrades or platform modernization efforts
Familiarity with mainframe systems or large-scale enterprise environments
Experience working within corporate or regulated settings
Understanding of PMO methodologies, governance processes, or structured delivery frameworks
