Responsibilities
Strong ability to lead and manage complex, enterprise‐wide transformation programs across digital, organizational, regulatory, and business domains
Proven expertise in developing clear roadmaps and execution plans that align business and technical requirements
Skilled in end‐to‐end program governance, including resource planning, risk management, dependency mapping, and progress monitoring
Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder‐management capabilities across senior‐level and cross‐functional audiences
Demonstrated ability to independently challenge assumptions, connect workstreams, and ensure strategic alignment across multiple initiatives
Experience coordinating and overseeing multiple programs within an enterprise investment portfolio
Strong analytical and data‐driven decision‐making approach, with the ability to derive insights and guide execution
High adaptability, agility, and intellectual curiosity, operating effectively in evolving or ambiguous environments
Proven ownership mindset with the courage to lead, challenge, and drive outcomes in alignment with enterprise standards
Demonstrated ability to perform program/project management responsibilities within formal governance structures
