In this role, you will oversee customers' service experiences, serving as their initial point of contact and guiding them through the repair process.

Responsibilities
Greet customers in service drive
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Generate repair orders based on customer concern
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Obtain authorization before work is performed
Review multi-point inspection with customer
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

Qualification
Required
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service role, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and resilience
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Positive attitude
Possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record
Preferred
Previous experience in automotive service is preferred
