Lead cross-functional teams to advance major strategic site initiatives and development plans
Build future-focused site strategies and evaluate new technologies that expand long-term generation potential
Drive project execution with clarity, momentum, and strong project-management discipline
Engage with Indigenous communities, municipalities, and stakeholders to build trust and alignment
Track policy, regulatory, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
Partner with engineering to assess site readiness and long-term infrastructure needs
Represent the organization in industry forums and build relationships with sector partners and technology innovators
Deliver compelling executive-level insights and recommendations
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across project teams
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; P.Eng or PMP is a strong asset
6+ years in strategy, business development, or project management within energy, utilities, or infrastructure
A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies
A strong communicator who builds trust with diverse stakeholders — from Indigenous communities to senior executives
A problem-solver who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments
Highly organized, decisive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
A motivating leader who inspires teams and drives results
