The Student Recruitment Intern will assist with recruitment efforts, engage with prospective students, and ensure a smooth application process.
Education
Responsibilities
Assist with staff outreach and recruitment events, including partner outreach, scheduling presentations, delivering presentations (in high schools) and attending tabling events, discussing Bottom Line’s programs, answering questions and encouraging students to apply, as needed
Support an efficient and welcoming process for student applicants. Conduct student outreach via phone, email, and text to help application completion
Implement timely data entry to track student application progress
Qualification
Required
Strong organization and time management
Availability to commit to a hybrid schedule, with some flexibility; local travel within NYC
Able to meet deadlines and work independently
Strong communication skills via phone call, text, email, and in person
Comfort speaking to students and families about Bottom Line programs
Demonstrated commitment to Bottom Line's Mission, Vision, and Core Values
Preferred
Experience with Excel and Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud (or similar platforms) recommended, not required
