Responsibilities

Image, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Set up, configure and/or troubleshoot VoIP phones and peripheral hardware
Perform basic network device maintenance and providing console access to engineering teams
Support staging and preparation of IT hardware for end users and infrastructure projects
Manage inbound and outbound shipments of IT equipment
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory in tracking systems
Coordinate with vendors and couriers for timely hardware deliveries and returns
Organize and manage stockroom or IT equipment storage areas

Required

1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or IT operations
Experience imaging and deploying end-user devices (Windows/macOS)
Familiarity with network devices and basic CLI tasks
Experience with inventory systems or asset tracking tools
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to lift and move equipment (up to ~60 lbs) as needed
Willingness to lead projects and assignments, driving new ideas to completion
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and maintain attention to detail
Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Adaptability to changes in routine and responsive to internal/external customer needs
Proficient in computer use, including network management and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and recommend solutions for current or proposed products
Ability to work independently while troubleshooting and resolving issues
