They are seeking a Reporting Analyst III to lead the development of customized reporting solutions and analytics strategies, ensuring data governance and supporting business decision-making.

Responsibilities

Leads contributor to the enterprise customization strategy for Epic reporting and analytics

Manages complex, custom reporting solutions across Reporting Workbench, Clarity, Caboodle, and visualization platforms

Defines, informs, and maintains data governance standards and reporting best practices

Develops and oversees KPI frameworks and executive dashboards

Serves as an escalation point for high-complexity analytics and data integrity issues

Partners with leadership, IT governance, and data owners to ensure consistency and compliance

Serves as a technical mentor and escalation point for Tier I and II analytics

Performs other duties as assigned

Epic Cogito certificationEpic Clarity certificationEpic Caboodle certificationAdvanced SQL proficiencyHealthcare IT experienceData visualization toolsTeam lead experienceITIL Foundation certificationMicrosoft Office 365Executive-level leadership

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Five (5) years of Healthcare Information Technology experience

Three (3) years of healthcare clinical and/or revenue cycle reporting experience

Two (2) years of experience as a team lead

ITIL Foundation certification or obtainment within six (6) months of hire

Epic Cogito certification or accreditation

Epic Clarity certification or accreditation

Epic Caboodle certification or accreditation

Preferred

Master's Degree

Advanced SQL proficiency

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI

Experience in Microsoft Office 365

Experience leading executive-level or governance committees
