Tangent is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects through planning, execution, and delivery
Lead NPD projects through early concept development, engineering phases, testing, and product launch
Assist with analysis and business intelligence activities related to new product introductions
Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resource coordination
Drive PMO governance, documentation, reporting, and project health updates
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across teams
Coordinate work across engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, and marketing
Support regulatory, quality, and manufacturing readiness for new products
Other duties as assigned

Required

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions
Excellent decision-making abilities, with a focus on prioritization and risk management
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
Ability to translate complex engineering or manufacturing information into clear actions, timelines, and project requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with business or project management exposure
1-3 Years of previous experience or internships in manufacturing, project engineering, project management or related fields is advantageous

Preferred

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) is a plus
