Responsibilities
Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with all departments and Home Office
Supervise, train, and develop staff to thoroughly understand all of their duties and responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and various bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and statistical reports
Perform ad hoc analysis as requested
Maintain strict adherence to established internal controls and assist with internal and external audits
Assist Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of month-end close process including, but not limited to, preparation of financial statements, accruals and journal entries, and bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management degree or equivalent training and three to five years of experience in a related position
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
