Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and promote company products and services
Utilizes proactive calls, emails, and social media outreach to build relationships with current and potential customers
Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on their requirements
Provide basic quotes, information on product availability, pricing, and competitive portfolio cross-referencing suggestions
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Required

Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals and overcome objections
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
Self-motivated and target driven
Excellent customer service, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions for customers
Proficient in MS Office

Preferred

Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field
Experience in data center industry
Experience with CRM management
