Responsibilities
To process orders via manually, EDI, or through Website
Edit all orders: Ensuring that all order information is correct and entered accurately
Verifying inventory and noting on the order when items are not in stock
To clarify any order that is not clear or accurate by contacting the dealer or salesperson
Acknowledge orders to customers: Making sure that any price discrepancies are noted on the acknowledgment email
All back orders with current ETA’s are noted on the acknowledgment email
Verify model numbers and address order questions with customers as needed
To complete and release orders once customer has approved the order to the warehouse in a timely manner
To release back orders when the Customer Care Associate sends notification that a back order is ready to be released
Qualification
Required
