Product Manager

Responsibilities
Lead executive interlocks and quarterly business operations (QBOs) with GMs and senior engineering leaders to communicate roadmaps, progress, and business impact
Manage sustainability-focused initiatives and programs, including maintaining product and program roadmaps and executive-level reporting artifacts
Partner with the Chief Sustainability Office strategy team to align engineering initiatives with Cisco’s corporate sustainability strategy and net zero goals
Present Cisco’s sustainability strategy, engineering roadmap, and related offerings to customers and partners, including in-person engagements
Support annual and quarterly planning processes, including benchmarking, opportunity identification, and business case development
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience in product management, program management, engineering, sustainability, or related roles supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives
Experience supporting, partnering on, or delivering initiatives involving networking and data center technologies
Experience partnering with product management, engineering, and data/business intelligence teams
Experience leading high-visibility, enterprise-level initiatives across multiple stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Understanding of the fundamentals of electrical systems and power management
Familiarity with Cisco's product portfolio and how engineering organizations operate at scale
Background in strategy, consulting, or a similar role requiring structured problem-solving and executive communication
Experience working in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments
