They are currently seeking a Director of Purchasing who will be responsible for developing and executing purchasing strategies that ensure cost-effectiveness and quality across their group.

Responsibilities
Oversee purchasing activities for 10–15 restaurant locations
Develop, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts to optimize cost savings and quality
Implement and maintain purchasing systems and processes in Restaurant365
Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
Ensure consistent supply of food, beverage, and operational goods to all units
Collaborate with culinary, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with business goals
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and delivery standards
Lead and mentor the purchasing team to drive continuous improvement
Manage inventory and control costs while maintaining product availability
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
Proficiency with Restaurant365 and strong data analysis skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management abilities
Proven track record of cost savings and process improvement
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field
Experience overseeing purchasing for multi-unit operations (10+ locations)
