Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking an AI/Gen AI Architect for a contract role. The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of ML/GenAI solutions, focusing on LLM and Agentic AI workflows, while mentoring teams on best practices in AI architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end ML/GenAI solution design and delivery, from problem framing and data strategy to deployment and MLOps
Architect and implement LLM and Agentic AI workflows for use cases such as smart answers, AIOps, and analytics
Design and develop enterprise‑grade conversational bots, including intent/entity models, dialogue flows, and multi‑channel integration
Integrate AI services with backend systems, databases, and APIs; establish observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Datadog
Drive AIOps initiatives clustering, classification, anomaly detection, and capacity prediction—to enhance reliability and incident response
Establish best practices for model governance, performance, security, and cost optimization; mentor teams on GenAI patterns and usage

Required

Bachelor's/master's in computer science, Data Science, or related field
8–15 years implementing AI/ML solutions, including ≥5 years in conversational AI/bots
Proven hands‑on expertise with LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI) plus strong Python (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow)
Enterprise integration experience (APIs, databases, web services) with robust observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog
