Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies tailored to attract potential residents and their families
Establish relationships with local organizations and community stakeholders to enhance our presence and brand recognition in Port Charlotte, FL
Analyze market trends and resident feedback to ensure our offerings align with customer needs
Collaborate closely with the operations team to deliver outstanding service
Supervise marketing initiatives, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary
Engage with residents and staff to provide insights into our care philosophy and ensure messaging reflects high standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma is required
At least two years of successful experience in sales or marketing
Exceptional organizational skills
Effective communication and public speaking abilities
Strong understanding of national and state regulations, including ADA and Fair Housing Regulations
Proficiency in computer software, including lead management systems, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
Familiarity with networking and collaboration
Experience in Senior Housing, Independent-Style, or Assisted Living
