Responsibilities
Works closely with team members in the development and monitoring of deliverables, under the supervision of more senior team members
Identifies, analyzes, and documents solution specifications and provides recommendations on solving business problems
Communicates with a variety of groups within a solution team, offering feedback and guidance to ensure solutions meet clients' business and functional needs
May perform more specialized work and make independent decisions with review in one or more of the following areas: Requirements Development, Data Analysis, Project Management, Client Support, and Quality Control
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a four-year institution, Business major or related field
Preferred
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to handle a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Analytical thinking/reasoning skills
Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to changing work demands
General knowledge of the Financial and Accounting industries is preferred
A career desire to consult with clients or lead projects and teams
