Responsibilities
The candidate should lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment and support, utilizing Salesforce implementation best practices
The candidate should assist the government to manage project cost, schedule and risk ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery, aligned with Salesforce release cycles
The candidate should collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, and ensure user adoption
The candidate should mitigate risks and resolve issues effectively, including Salesforce configuration and integration challenges
The candidate should communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including government PMO leads, leveraging Salesforce tools for project management and reporting
The candidate should possess Salesforce platform knowledge, including certifications (Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud), and experience with CRM implementations
The candidate should manage all Salesforce licenses and costs, tracking numbers of licenses, types of licenses, and future requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a Salesforce project manager in a regulated and compliant environment
Candidate should have skills of Leadership, Project Management (Agile, Scrum), Salesforce Implementation Best Practices, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Risk Management, Communication
Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant – Certification required
