Responsibilities
Support coordination and execution of SAP BRIM activities across the program
Deliver functional designs and configurations for BRIM and FICA, including payments, dunning, collections, account determinations, and CI/GL integrations
Lead functional testing efforts, review test scripts, validate results, and resolve defects across BRIM/FICA processes
Assist architects with configuration tasks such as business partner and contract account setup, correspondence, and event framework updates
Provide BRIM/FICA process expertise to testing teams for scenario design and test data creation
Support data mapping, translation rules, cross‑reference maintenance, and open item conversion activities
Contribute to cutover planning, readiness tasks, and migration activities related to FICA
Maintain work items, documentation, and progress tracking in Azure DevOps
Provide post‑go‑live support including monitoring payments, dunning runs, settlement jobs, and resolving issues
Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, BRF+ rules, correspondence forms, and integration with external payment providers
Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring FICA configuration aligns with financial controls
Document technical and functional designs, diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analyses, lessons learned, and best practices according to required templates
Build and maintain effective working relationships with technology teams, business owners, sponsors, vendors, and key stakeholders
Lead and participate in project activities related to enterprise systems
Work independently to complete assigned duties while adhering to organizational standards, policies, and procedures
Use required software tools and technologies to perform job duties
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation
5+ years as a BRIM Functional Analyst with CI and/or FICA expertise (8+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of FICA processes including payments, dunning, collections, interest, open item management, and CI/GL integration
Experience with BRF+, event framework, and FICA-related enhancements
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using Microsoft ADO Testing Module
Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce functional and technical artifacts
Preferred
3+ years of SAP BRIM experience
Experience with enterprise business solutions, especially SAP projects
Knowledge of ITIL or ITSM practices
SAP S/4HANA BRIM certifications (BR230/BR234)
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
