Responsibilities
Handle setup, maintenance, and compliance for personal trust accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal and internal standards
Work with other departments (e.g., legal, investment, operations) to meet client and company objectives
Serve as a key contact for clients, beneficiaries, and advisors—communicating clearly and professionally
Understand and apply various investment strategies within the context of trust administration
Apply company policies and recommend improvements when needed
Make informed decisions with minimal oversight and escalate complex issues appropriately
Stay active in industry organizations to maintain expertise and network
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5–7 years of personal trust administration experience
Strong understanding of investments, fiduciary law, and tax implications
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
CTFA certification preferred
