Administrative Assistant

Processes Amazon orders
Printing monthly ledgers for business office team
Maintain spreadsheet to capture continuing education expenses from faculty
Ordering supplies for workroom
HR processes backup
Update/maintain guest lecturer survey monkey form and spreadsheet weekly
Qualification
Required
Completion of high school or the equivalent
Five years office experience
Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis
Knowledge of Higher Education
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic)
Ability to learn computer systems and software as needed
Preferred
Experience with internal systems such as Emburse Enterprise (Formerly Chrome River), P-Card
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including excel, word, and Outlook
Customer service oriented
Organized and dependable
Able to work with a sense of urgency and bias towards action in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task and must be flexible
