Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on loans and other financial aid programs; discusses eligibility, application status and awards with students; prepares financial aid packets. Provides excellent customer service
Assist student in person, by phone or by email
Award loan funds and other aid
Assist students with completion of the FAFSA and GSFAPPS
Assist with the verification process and C-Codes
Assist with Default prevention plan
Participates in Student Orientations and Open houses
Performs other job related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Two years of experience as financial aid, bank, or retail associate; Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
