$20/hr - $22/hrDole Fresh Fruit Company is seeking an Accounting Intern to support their Credit Department. The intern will assist with process analysis, customer credit approvals, and credit limit management while gaining hands-on experience with data extraction and reporting tools.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement new templates and workflow procedures for major customer invoicing, payments, and deductions
Analyze payment trends and behaviors of key customers
Support customer credit limit changes and ongoing credit limit maintenance
Assist the Credit Manager with new customer credit reviews, including credit screening and reference checks
Conduct research, perform data entry, and ensure accurate recording and maintenance of complete financial records
Prepare and deliver a final presentation to the Bud Antle, LLC executive team summarizing findings and contributions
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Organizational skills
Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment
Fall 2026 rising junior or senior obtaining a bachelor's degree, with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Agricultural Business, or a related field
Preferred
Knowledge of Power BI and/or QuickBase is preferred, but not required
