Responsibilities
Work on residential and commercial job sites, meeting project timelines and quality standards
Collaborate with management and team members to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain professionalism, transparency, and excellent client communication
Qualification
Required
Blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Proficiency in measuring, marking, and assembling cabinets
Experience in installing custom cabinetry and hardware
Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
Capacity to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
2+ years of cabinetry installation experience (luxury/European products preferred)
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and installation instructions
Strong work ethic: punctuality, respect for company guidelines, honesty are mandatory
Availability for occasional overtime and some Saturdays (additional compensation provided)
Valid driver's license and ability to drive to job sites (mileage reimbursed)
Willingness to learn; able to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Prior experience in high-end interior projects is a plus
Knowledge of high-performance materials and finishes
Basic Italian language skills are a plus but not required
