Responsibilities
Assist with the company-wide annual budgeting process and prepare quarterly forecast updates
Develop financial models, reports, and other analyses to support key business decisions and initiatives
Analyze key cost drivers and monthly variances to budget and historical actuals and suggest actions to the business
Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across brands and channels
Assist with board presentations to communicate quarterly financial results
Develop ad-hoc reports and presentations to communicate business and analysis results to senior leadership
Support ongoing integration, maintenance, and enhancement of our reporting systems
Qualification
Required
B.S./B.A. degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance or Economics required
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, public accounting, or related fields is a plus
Attention to detail, and strong organizational and prioritization skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Regular and predictable attendance
Preferred
CFA or CPA certification is a plus
Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite or other enterprise ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) is preferred
Experience in a lean manufacturing environment is a plus
Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint is preferred
