InternGeater Machining and Manufacturing, Co. is seeking a Procurement Intern who will assist with coordinating activities involved with procuring goods and services. The intern will be responsible for creating purchase orders, updating reports, contacting suppliers, and analyzing market trends.

Create purchase orders
Purchase miscellaneous items
Update late purchase order report on GOLD daily
Contact suppliers with late purchase orders
Create inventory records
Calculate quarterly on-time delivery & quality report
Purchase raw material, hardware, paint, and purchased parts
Update & Maintain our Supply Chain Mapping
Help track and analyze market trends
Handle and execute projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Must be enrolled and have junior or senior status at an accredited Iowa institution in a related field
Analytical and statistical knowledge using basic business math skills
Computer skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
Read, write and speak English fluently
Microsoft Excel knowledge
